Darlene Diplock CAIB, CIP, CRM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training and development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as AVP Sales Training Canada at HUB International since January 2015, Darlene has held several significant roles, including Senior Sales Performance Consultant and Director of Sales Management Development. Previously, Darlene acted as Chair for the Hamilton Niagara Chapter of the Insurance Institute of Canada from June 2014 to June 2018, emphasizing the importance of education and professionalism in the industry. Prior experiences include Senior Business Development Manager at Frank Cowan Company, Sales and Service Leader at Aon, and Sales Director and Senior Associate Broker at Dan Lawrie Insurance from 2003 to 2012.
