Felicia McDonnell

Felicia McDonnell, AIC, ARM, CLMP, currently serves as a Property & Casualty Claims Advocate at HUB International since August 2022. Previously, Felicia held the position of Litigation Supervisor for Costco at Gallagher Bassett from April 2018 to August 2022. Felicia's extensive experience also includes roles such as Director of Client Services at George Hills Company and various positions at Carl Warren & Company, including Quality Assurance Manager and Claims Analyst, from August 2001 to June 2017. Additionally, Felicia spent eight years as a Senior BI Claims Adjuster at 21st Century Insurance from June 1993 to August 2001. Felicia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Biology, and Art History from UC San Diego between 1989 and 1993.
