Vinka Bedrossian

Vinka Bedrossian has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the VP of Product & Strategic Initiatives at HUB International since December 2012. Vinka's previous roles at HUB include Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, National Employee Benefits Director of Operations, National Business Process Owner, Process Designer/SME for Account Management, and Account Manager. Prior to this, Vinka worked as an Account Manager at Corporate Strategies Inc. from December 2007 to November 2012. Vinka holds a Bachelor of Art in Graphic Design from California State University, Northridge, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and is a Certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, as well as a Change Management Practitioner through Prosci.
