Matthieu Cordier

Matthieu Cordier's work experience includes being the Group CFO at Hub One, where they manage a team of over 50 experts in Finance, Legal, and GA. Matthieu is responsible for various areas such as FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Legal, and Regulatory matters. Matthieu also oversees monthly business reviews, budgets, performance reports, and strategic planning. In addition, they played a key role in the acquisition and integration of iD-Services and the restructuring of the company. Matthieu is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at Wifi Metro and Hub One DataTrust. Prior to their role at Hub One, they served as the Deputy Group CFO and Head of M&A and Corporate Finance at Devoteam. Matthieu has also held positions such as the Group CFO at Orange Cyberdefense and a Deputy Head of M&A at Orange, where they successfully led numerous M&A projects. Matthieu has a proven track record in financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and structuring. Before their career at Orange, they worked as an Equity Research Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Matthieu Cordier has a diverse education background in finance and business administration. Matthieu received a Finance Master Class degree from HEC Paris in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed a Chartered Financial Analyst program from Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF) from 2000 to 2002. In 1999-2000, they pursued a Master in Business and Administration in Finance from Université Laval, focusing on corporate finance, accounting, econometrics, and derivatives finance. Matthieu also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from KEDGE Business School where they specialized in accounting and finance from 1996 to 1999. Before that, they completed their Classes Préparatoires HEC (Mathematics) at Notre-Dame du Grandchamp in 1994-1996 and obtained their Baccalauréat C, Mention Assez Bien with a focus on mathematics from Institut Notre Dame, Saint-Germain-en-Laye in 1992-1994. In addition to their formal education, Matthieu Cordier has obtained various certifications, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in 2004, Investment Capacity Advisor from the Financial Services Authority in 2004, Securities Institute Regulatory Paper from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2004, and Chartered Accountant and Financial Analyst from Société Française des Analystes Financiers – SFAF in 2002.
