Michael Hermans

Michael Hermans has extensive experience in the property development and management sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Hub Property Group Pty Ltd since December 2017, Michael previously held the position of Director/General Manager at the same company from February 2014 to November 2016. Prior to that, Michael worked as Development Manager at Becton Property Group, overseeing the significant Divercity Waterloo project valued at approximately $500 million, which included residential, commercial, and public amenities. Additional roles include Investment Manager positions at both 360 Capital Property Group and Becton Investment Management Limited, where responsibilities encompassed financial performance management of diverse assets across Australia and New Zealand. Michael began the career as a Property Analyst at Becton Property Group between 2004 and 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Property from RMIT University, earned in 2006.
