Desserin Pereyra

Desserin Pereyra, EMBA, currently serves as the Community Manager at Hub101 and an Adjunct Professor at Pacific Oaks College, both since 2023. As a co-owner of 818 Community Darkroom since 2022, Desserin contributes to a creative space for photographers in Van Nuys, CA. Previously, Desserin held multiple roles at 11:11 Projects, including Director of Community Relations and Director of Organizational Development, focused on organizational needs and executive professional development. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Development Specialist at Abilities Recovery Center and founding Massage Brigade, a non-profit that offers touch therapy services to underserved communities in Los Angeles. Desserin's educational background includes an EMBA and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University, as well as additional qualifications in fitness training, massage therapy, and psychology, with ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Positive Health Psychology at Claremont Graduate University.
