Adi Brants

Adi Brants is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a career spanning over 17 years in various management roles. Currently serving at The Municipality of Raanana since February 2017, Adi oversees individual and organizational development initiatives, manages employee terminations, and coordinates events. Previously, Adi held similar positions at Great Shape Health and Fitness Network from February 2013 to January 2017 and Greate-Shape Fitness and Health from February 2009 to January 2013, focusing on policy establishment, recruitment processes, and sales management. Adi's career began as a Branch Manager in January 2006, managing a team of 70 employees. Adi is pursuing an Executive MBA at Bar-Ilan University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Open University of Israel.
