Steve Brindley has a diverse work experience in the insurance and property industries. steve is currently the Head of Property at HUBB, an innovative insurance brokerage that utilizes technology to provide clients with efficient and transparent access to data and communication. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Insurance at Harper Stone Properties Limited, where they focused on delivering high-quality property block management services. Steve has also held director positions at Annecto Legal Limited and Brindley Risk Consultancy Limited. From 2015 to 2021, they served as Chairman of Weald Insurance Brokers Limited. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as the Markets & Acquisitions Director at Barbon Insurance Group Limited and as the Managing Director at FARR Insurance.

Steve Brindley attended Chase Terrace High School from 1971 to 1978, where they pursued a BA in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing. Following this, they enrolled at Coventry University from 1978 to 1982, where they continued their BA in Business Studies with a specialization in Marketing.
