Ulrich Zink

Ulrich Zink has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ulrich is currently the Chief Technology Officer at hubb since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Digital Fineprint (DFP) from July 2019 to December 2021. Before joining DFP, Ulrich worked at Oracle as the Director Data Science from August 2013 to July 2019. Ulrich also worked at Association of British Insurers as Solvency II - Assistant Director from October 2009 to July 2013. Prior to that, Ulrich served as the Portfolio Manager - Assistant Vice President at AIG Risk Finance ® from October 2007 to October 2009. Ulrich started their career at Ernst & Young as a Manager from August 2001 to September 2007. Ulrich's work experience showcases their expertise in technology, data science, risk management, and finance.

Ulrich Zink completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Chicago from 2011 to 2013. Ulrich then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) by Research in Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree from Montpellier Business School between 1998 and 2001. In 1999 and 2000, they also studied at FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Ulrich Zink has obtained several certifications. In April 2017, they completed the "Big Data Analysis with Scala and Spark" certification offered by Coursera. In November 2016, they acquired the "Developer Certification for Apache Spark" from O'Reilly Media. Ulrich Zink also received the "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2016. Ulrich further enhanced their skills with the "Machine Learning - ml-class.org" certification provided by Coursera in September 2014.
