Jose Luis Rodriguez is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering with a strong background in estimating and project management. Currently serving as an Estimator and Field Engineer at Hubbard Construction Company since January 2017, responsibilities include overseeing traffic operations, quality control for safe traffic interruptions, managing subcontractors, and creating traffic control plans. Previously, from July 2013 to January 2017, Jose held roles as Project Engineer and Project Analyst at VINCI Concessions, engaging in bid development for highway Public Private Partnerships across North America and Latin America, and participating in the I-4 Ultimate Project in Orlando, FL. Earlier in the career, Jose worked as a Deputy Clerk at the Orange County Clerk of Court, focusing on team collaboration and the implementation of new technologies. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Valencia College.
