Kyle Gamble

Since 2003, Kyle Gamble has led CBRE | Hubbell Commercial, the Iowa affiliate office, to become the leading commercial brokerage firm in the state. In 2016, he also took on the oversight, planning and strategic leadership of the Management divisions of Hubbell Realty Company – Hubbell Apartment Living, Commercial Property Management, Information Technology and Marketing.

Kyle began his career with Hubbell Realty Company in 1994 as a commercial real estate broker specializing in office, tenant and landlord representation. His past experiences and continued success in the field allows Kyle to play a vital role in business development and facilitation, client retention, and value-added services for clients and brokerage professionals.
