Sally Duffy

Sally Duffy has been with Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. since February 1996 as the Manager of Asset Management, focusing on assisting communities in asset management and capital improvement planning for water and wastewater systems. Prior to that, Sally worked as a Technician at CTI and Associates from June 1990 to June 1995, conducting laboratory and field construction materials testing. Sally Duffy earned their BSCE in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in 1999.
