Aaron L. Mason

Aaron L. Mason is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance Shared Services at Hubbell Incorporated since June 2012. In this role, Aaron leads compliance initiatives with a focus on free trade, environmental regulations, and vendor management, supported by teams in the US and India. Prior to this position, Aaron held various roles at Hubbell, including Sr. Manager Trade Compliance and Manager Trade Compliance Shared Services, where responsibilities included managing global regulatory compliance activities. Aaron's career started at DHL Global Forwarding, where experiences as a licensed customs broker and trainer contributed to expertise in customs entry processes and training development for customs brokerage. Aaron holds ongoing studies in English and Creative Writing at Arizona State University and completed a certification in the International Customs Training Program at the University of Canberra.
