Chris Dickenson is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hubbell Incorporated since May 2016, Chris previously held the position of Plant Manager at Hartz Mountain Corporation, overseeing two manufacturing facilities. With nearly a decade at Ingersoll Rand Company, Chris gained extensive operational experience in various roles, including Environmental Health & Safety Manager and Lean Six Sigma Manager, managing initiatives across multiple sites in North America. Chris's early career included significant roles at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and service as a Fighter Jet Crew Chief in the United States Air Force, where Chris received the Air Force Achievement Medal for outstanding service. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
