Lisa Ireland, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of diverse experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness at Hubbell Incorporated since February 2016, Lisa specializes in driving transformation initiatives by addressing human factors to enhance employee engagement. Previously, as Principal of LD Ireland Consulting, Lisa provided HR consulting services aligned with business strategy. Additional significant roles include SVP, Chief Talent Officer at The Palmetto Bank, Organizational Development Director at ScanSource Inc., and Director of Talent Acquisition & Diversity at Ashland Inc. Lisa holds a B.S. in Accounting and Spanish from Wofford College and an M.A. in College Student Personnel from Miami University.
