Michael Williams

Michael Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inclusion, diversity, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity at Hubbell Incorporated since March 2022, Williams previously held multiple leadership roles at Michelin, including Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and NA Director of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Williams has a significant background in operations and management from a military career in the US Army, where roles included Operations Officer and Platoon Leader. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point, complemented by prior studies at the United States Military Academy Prep School and Callaway High School.
