Rob Gorman serves as the Division Vice President for Electrical Products at Hubbell Incorporated since October 2025. Prior to this role, Gorman was with SPX Technologies from February 2020 to October 2025 as the General Manager for Aids to Navigation, achieving a fourfold business growth through three acquisitions. Additional roles at SPX included General Manager for Commercial HVAC and Director of Process Cooling and Heat Transfer. Gorman began a career trajectory at PwC as a Senior Consultant after consulting at Arthur Andersen. Gorman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from DePauw University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
