Tony Goncalves

Tony Goncalves is an accomplished compliance and audit leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Hubbell Incorporated since October 2014, Tony oversees Internal Audit, Sustainability, Ethics, Trade Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Risk Management, leading a team of 50. Previously held the role of VP of Compliance and Internal Audit at Hubbell, focusing on strategic and operational audits. Prior to Hubbell, Tony's experience includes significant positions at Praxair, where responsibilities spanned external reporting, financial oversight as Controller of the USIG East Region, and leadership in internal audit functions. Earlier roles include CEO at Advance Nanotech, Associate Director of Finance at Purdue Pharma L.P., and Audit Manager at Mercedes Benz Credit Corp. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sacred Heart University.
