Victoria Rittinger

Victoria Rittinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and shared services management. Currently serving as Senior Director of India Shared Services at Hubbell Incorporated since August 2016, Victoria oversees operations across multiple locations, managing a team of over 650 employees. Victoria has played a pivotal role in the One Hubbell Finance initiative, realizing significant cost savings and transitioning over 200 full-time employees to a new service delivery model. Prior to joining Hubbell, Victoria held senior positions at Information Services Group, ACS, and Arthur Andersen LLP, where expertise in advisory services, BPO implementations, and consulting significantly benefited multinational corporations. Victoria holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MSA in Accounting from DePaul University.
