Wes Thornton

Wes Thornton currently serves as Vice President Segment General Counsel for Hubbell Utility Solutions and Vice President Group General Counsel for Hubbell Lighting, with experience at Hubbell Incorporated since June 2014. Prior to this, Thornton held the position of Assistant Group General Counsel for the Americas at SPX FLOW, Inc. from May 2011 to May 2014, and served as Corporate Attorney at SPX Corporation from January 2009 to April 2011. Earlier in the career, Thornton worked as a Corporate/M&A Associate at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC from September 2003 to January 2009. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College (1995-1999), a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law (2000-2003), and completion of Executive Education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 2010.
