Customer Education Manager at Hubble

Kelly Lee has over 15 years of work experience. Kelly started their career in 2007 as an Events & Archive Manager at Retna Pictures, where they were responsible for cataloguing and reorganizing the company's photo archive, overseeing the Live Events diary, managing staff photographers, and scanning and retouching negatives/transparencies and prints. In 2010, they took on the role of Events Manager at Music Pics, where they developed and maintained excellent working relationships with clients and contributors, sourced music photographers, and negotiated usage fees and deals with clients. In 2012, Kelly became the Head of Customer Experience at Next Jump, where they set the directives for the Customer Experience Team's daily efforts and acted as the voice for customers. Finally, in 2017, Kelly joined Hubble (hubbleHQ.com) as a Customer Support Manager and Customer Support Advisor, and in 2022 they were promoted to Customer Operations Lead.

Kelly Lee has a BA (Hons) in Photography from the University for the Creative Arts, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. Kelly is currently enrolled in the BWYQ Level 4 (500hrs) Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy at the British Wheel of Yoga, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
