Shana D.

Shana D. has over 13 years of work experience. Shana began their career in 2008 as a Franchise Co-ordinator at CIBC. In 2014, they became an Office Manager at RISHANA HOMES LIMITED, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running and organisation of the office. In 2015, they worked as a Student Advisor at City University London and as a Manager at RISHANA HOMES LIMITED, where they organised and facilitated contact sessions between children and their non-resident parents or family members. From 2016 to 2020, Shana worked at Opus Recruitment Solutions, starting as a Recruitment Consultant, then becoming a Senior Recruitment Consultant, and finally a Principal Recruitment Consultant. In 2020, they took on the role of Technical Recruiter at Thought Machine, where they were responsible for finding highly talented individuals to join the fast-growing team. Most recently, in 2021, Shana became a Senior Talent Partner at Privitar, and in 2022, they were appointed Talent Manager at Hubble.
