Akhilesh Singh has worked in the tech industry since 2011, when they began as an Admin Manager at Xtensible Software Technologies. In 2019, they joined HubEngage as an Operations Manager. At HubEngage, they are responsible for overseeing a unified employee communications and engagement platform. Akhilesh's duties include driving a complete employee experience with targeted top-down and bottom-up features like communications, surveys, micro-learning, messaging, and recognition. Global enterprises use HubEngage to consolidate tools, streamline the flow of communications, understand employee behaviors, and improve their employer brand.

Akhilesh Singh obtained their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota in the years 2005 to 2007.
