Shardul Thorat has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Shardul began their career as an iOS Developer at Edreamz Technology Pvt.Ltd. in 2012. In 2014, they joined hubEngage as a Team Lead - App Development and Software Engineer. At hubEngage, they had the opportunity to work with a great team to deliver apps with new features in a timely manner. HubEngage is a unified employee communication and engagement platform that provides targeted top-down and bottom-up features such as communications, surveys, micro-learning, messaging, and recognition.

Shardul Thorat completed their Bachelor's degree (BCA) in IT from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2006 and 2009. Shardul then completed their Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in IT from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2009 and 2012.
