Tushneem Dharmagadda has a wealth of experience in the business and technology sectors. Tushneem began their career in 2002 as an Intern in the System Level Integration Group at Analog Devices Inc. In 2003, they became an IP Design and Software Applications Engineer at the same company, eventually being promoted to Senior IP Design and Software Applications Engineer in 2006. In 2010, they left Analog Devices to become the CEO and Founder of Mobinett Interactive, Inc., a Cambridge, MA based company specializing in mobile strategy, design, development and deployment. In 2018, they founded HubEngage, a unified employee experience and engagement platform.
Tushneem has also been involved in various organizations. Tushneem served as Co-Chair of Special Interest Groups at The Indus Entrepreneurs, Inc. from 2010-2011. Tushneem was also an Advisor and Vice President of US Operations at India School Fund from 2008-2009, and held the position of Technology Chair and Panel Captain at the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium in 2007. In 2005, they were the Advisor and President at Network of South Asian Professionals of Boston Inc., and the Conference Co-Chairman at the 17th Annual NetIP Conference in 2008. Finally, they were the Chairman of Logistics & Operations at TiECON-East in 2005.
Tushneem Dharmagadda obtained their BE in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Bangalore University between 1996 and 2000. Tushneem then went on to obtain their MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering with Specialization in Computer Networks & Software Engineering from the University of Arizona between 2001 and 2003. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University between 2007 and 2009, with a specialization in technology management.
