Kelly Spivey

Kelly Spivey is the current interim superintendent at Huber Heights City Schools. Kelly has previously served as superintendent at Talawanda School District and assistant superintendent at Hamilton City School District.

Spivey began their education career in 1994 as a principal in the Hamilton City School District, where they served for eight years. In 2003, they became the assistant superintendent of Talawanda School District, a position they held for eight years. In 2011, Spivey was named superintendent of Talawanda School District, where they served for seven years.

Spivey has been an interim superintendent at Huber Heights City Schools since August 2018.

Kelly Spivey received their Masters in Curriculum and Supervision from Xavier University and their Bachelor in Education from Miami University.
