Bartosz Rinc has extensive work experience in the engineering and development field, particularly in the automotive and industrial sectors. Bartosz started their career at HUBER+SUHNER in 2012 as a Process Engineering Support, where they were responsible for product lifecycle support, process documentation management, and personnel training. Bartosz then worked as a Junior Product/Process Engineer and later as a Product/Process Engineer, acquiring skills in product lifecycle support, process documentation management, and personnel training. Bartosz eventually progressed to the role of Project Engineer, where they led product transfers, Lean projects, and development projects. Bartosz further advanced as a Senior Project Engineer, taking on additional responsibilities in project management, product development, and application engineering. Bartosz then served as an Automotive Engineering Team Leader, managing a team of engineers and overseeing project management and product development. After that, they became an Automotive Development Manager, acquiring experience in the development of automotive systems. Currently, Bartosz serves as the Head of Engineering and Development at HUBER+SUHNER, leading teams in product and manufacturing process development, with a focus on high voltage automotive connectivity systems. Their experience spans from concept phase to product launch, and they support customers in their e-mobility applications. Prior to their tenure at HUBER+SUHNER, Bartosz had internships at Polpharma and HUBER+SUHNER, where they gained exposure to automation and process engineering.

Bartosz Rinc has a Postgraduate Degree in Leader of Innovation from Kozminski University, obtained from 2022 to 2023. Bartosz also holds a Master of Engineering (MScEng) degree in Control Engineering and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology, completed from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Bartosz Rinc obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Control Engineering and Robotics from the same university, completed from 2009 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they have an IPMA Level D certification from IPMA Polska, obtained in December 2017, an FCE certification from the British Council, obtained in 2006, and an Electrician Certificate (voltage up to 1kV) - supervision and operation (D, E) from the Polish Association of Electrical Engineers (SEP), obtained in January 2019.
