Krzysztof Czupryniak

Krzysztof Czupryniak has several years of experience in sourcing, logistics, and supply chain management. Krzysztof currently holds the position of Head of Sourcing and Logistics at HUBER+SUHNER since May 2021. Before that, they were the Head Of Sourcing at the same company from October 2020 to April 2021. Prior to their current role, Krzysztof worked at Hiab from 2013 to 2020, where they held various positions including Senior Sourcing Manager and Senior Supply Chain Manager. Krzysztof also has experience as a Vendor Manager and Sourcing Specialist at Cargotec Corporation from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Purchasing Specialist at Bridgestone from 2008 to 2009 and as a Buyer at Szczecin Shipyard from 2006 to 2008.

Krzysztof Czupryniak holds a Master's degree in Ocean Technology and Logistics and Management in Marine Transport from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Transport and Integrated Transport Technology from the same university in 2006. In 2025, they are expected to complete an Executive MBA from Kozminski University. Additionally, Krzysztof has obtained various certifications in fields such as Balanced Scorecard, Managerial Accounting, Statement of Cash Flows, Corporate Financial Statement Analysis, and Effective Note-Taking.
