Steve Metcalfe

Steve Metcalfe is an experienced professional with a strong background in the rail industry. Steve began their career at Arriva Trains Northern as a Service Team Manager North from 1998 to 2001 before joining Northern Rail as a Senior Service Team Manager from 2001 to 2004. Steve then moved to Rail Order Ltd, where they served as a Train Presentation & Contracts Manager from 2006 to 2016, leading and building the rail presentation department. From 2015 to 2016, Steve served as the Head of Rail Presentation at ADComms, focusing on on-train solutions and customer advocacy. Currently, they hold the position of Head of European Sales - Railway at HUBER+SUHNER, leading a sales team and providing connective solutions for trackside and on-train connectivity.
