Vladimir Casianov

Vladimir Casianov is a seasoned .NET programmer with extensive experience at Hubert Company since November 2007 and previously served as a Senior Programmer at the Agency on Intellectual Property from April 2004 to October 2007. Proficient in Interbase/Firebird database management, Vladimir has contributed to the development of a statistics system and web site UI. Vladimir holds a degree as a licensed engineer in Informational Technologies from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2004.
