Elena Carstoiu

Elena Carstoiu has a long and varied work experience. Elena began their career in 1999 as a Relationship Manager at PCHardware.ro. In 2001, they moved to PC Hardware as a Sales Manager. In 2002, they co-founded 4PSA, where they served as COO and was responsible for leading all general and administrative functions of the company, including finance, legal, sales, and HR. Elena was also focused on improving company processes and developing internal management and automation tools, while supervising company operations. In 2012, they co-founded Hubgets Inc, where they were a proud member of the team that created Hubgets, the instant communication and collaboration app.

Elena Carstoiu attended Colegiul National Sf. Sava from 1994 to 1998. Elena then went on to Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they obtained a Bachelor degree in Economics/Betriebswirtschaftslehre from 1998 to 2004. Elena then completed a Master of Business Administration at the same institution in 2005.
