Sophie started their career as an account executive at Wine Country Living Magazine, where they were responsible for print, online, and television ad sales. Sophie then moved to [Saatchi & Saatchi](/org/saatchi-saatchi) as a media supervisor before joining Myspace as the Director of Monetization for Ad Solutions.

After their time at Myspace, Sophie joined [Yahoo!](/org/yahoo) as the Director of Ad Product Marketing. Sophie then spent three years at [Quantcast](/org/quantcast) as the Global Head of Corporate Marketing before moving to Rakuten Ready as the Vice President of Marketing + Communications.

Mayank Agarwal

Shailesh Hegde is the VP of Product at [Hubilo](/org/hubilo). Shailesh has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on product management and software engineering. 

Hegde began their career as a software engineer at Nokia Networks in 2005. Shailesh spent two years there before moving to Siemens Communications in 2007. Shailesh spent four years at Siemens, where they rose to the position of software development engineer. 

In 2010, Hegde joined [Cisco](/org/cisco) (then Starent Networks) as a software engineer in the Mobile Internet Technology Group. Shailesh was quickly promoted to director of product management after four years with the company. 

Most recently, Hegde worked at BlueJeans by [Verizon](/org/verizon-communications) from December 2014 to March 2021. During their time there, they helped grow the company from a small startup to a major player in the video conferencing industry. 

Hegde has a proven track record of success in both engineering and product management. Their experience with Agile methodology and performance testing has made him an invaluable asset to any team.

Shobana Kailash is the Chief People Officer at [Hubilo](/org/hubilo). Shobana has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Shobana has worked in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, and finance. 

Shobana started their career as an HR Associate Director at Quintiles Transnational. Shobana then became a Member of the National Human Resources Leadership Society Foundation. In 2013, they became the Global CHRO at the International Water Management Institute where they were responsible for the HR strategy for a ten-office organization spread across Asia and Africa. 

In 2016, Shobana moved to Bengaluru, India to become the Senior Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments. In this role, they led the employee experience, benefits, and wellness portfolios. The following year, they transitioned to Amazon as the HR Lead for JAPAC and MENA. 

In 2019, Shobana joined [Freshworks](/org/freshworks) as the Global Talent Partner for Technology. In this role, they manage tech talent acquisition, HR business partnership, and workplace experience portfolios for [Freshworks](/org/freshworks)' global product development org. 

Shobana has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University.

Shobana Kailash has an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in Business Administration and Management, General. Shobana also has a Bachelors of Science in Food Technology from Avinashilingam University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Technology from the University of Mysore.
