Paulo Henrique Batista

Paulo Henrique Batista began their professional career in 2014 as an intern at ArcelorMittal Brasil, where they gained experience in internal audit and process management. Paulo Henrique then joined Teknisa as a Trainee de Projetos, providing support to project leaders and participating in the planning and development of project actions. Paulo Henrique also worked as a Consultant at Teknisa, specializing in the implementation and training of management systems. In 2019, Paulo joined Lasses Consultoria as a Business Consultant, where they were responsible for gathering and analyzing management information to support strategic decision-making and implementing improvement methodologies. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Hotmart as a Senior Key Account Manager, overseeing key accounts and managing client relationships. Paulo Henrique is currently working at Hubla as a Strategic Partnership Manager.

Paulo Henrique Batista has a strong educational background with a focus on business and data science. In 2014, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial. In the same year, they also received a certification in "Doing Business in Argentina" from UADE, specializing in International Business and Foreign Trade.

In 2019, Paulo obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from Escola EDTI, further enhancing their skills and expertise. This certification demonstrates their proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
