Most recently, they completed their Master's degree in Communication at IRCOM from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Jacques also obtained the CEP2 certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse in February 2020 and achieved a TOEIC score of 830 in October 2021.
