Pierre Rolland has a diverse work experience in software development. Pierre started their career as a Trainee Developer at CREDITDOMUS in 2010 and later joined Civiliz as a Trainee Developer, where they worked on customer-to-direction rating services using various technologies such as CakePHP and Backbone.js.

In 2012, Pierre joined Smile Open Source Solutions as an Engineer and worked on multiple projects, including Insudiet for Laboratoire PiLeJe. Pierre developed projects using Zend 1 and Symfony 2 frameworks.

From 2015 to 2020, Pierre worked at TheFork, a TripAdvisor company, as a Senior Lead Software Engineer. Pierre led a team of 7 developers and was involved in various missions, including handling customer data, loyalty programs, breaking a Symfony 2 monolith into microservices, and migrating projects to AWS.

In 2020, Pierre joined OpenClassrooms as a Senior Backend Developer. Pierre contributed to the development of backend systems and worked with Agile methodologies.

Currently, Pierre is a Senior Backend Developer at Hublo, where they continue to leverage their skills in backend development.

Throughout their career, Pierre has gained experience with various technologies, such as PHP, Node.js, Symfony, MySQL, Postgresql, RabbitMQ, and Docker. Pierre is also familiar with development tools like Git, Github, Confluence, JIRA, and Slack.

Pierre Rolland obtained a Master's degree in Informatique from EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, attending from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied Electronique at the Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique from 2005 to 2009. However, they did not complete their degree and it was abandoned after the third year.
