Dirk Wimmer

Dirk Wimmer is an engineer, manager, and advisor with extensive experience in the railway technology sector. They served as the Head of Technology & Projects at HÜBNER Group and held leadership roles at SMART Railway Technology GmbH, including Managing Director and currently, Advisor for the General Management. Dirk has also been the Director of Sales for SMA Technologie AG and General Manager at Changzhou SMA Electronics Co., Ltd. Their educational background includes a degree in Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik from Technische Hochschule Zwickau and further studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Glamorgan.
