Marta Gil Calvo

Marta Gil Calvo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist, Operations Supervisor, and Hub Manager at Huboo since January 2021, Marta has developed strong skills in customer relations and operational efficiencies. Previously, Marta worked as a Customer Support Assistant at IKEA ESPAÑA from 2012 to 2017, contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives. Marta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (2011-2016) and a Master’s degree in Challenging Branding from LABASAD - Barcelona School of Arts and Design (2021-2022). Additionally, Marta pursued training at Novias Salcedo in 2020.
