Ara Boghosian

Ara Boghosian has extensive experience in product design and manufacturing, currently serving as a Manufacturing Specialist at 3D Hubs since March 2014, specializing in Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing services, including FDM, SLA, and SLS technologies. As President of DiCAD since December 1998, Ara has been responsible for the development and management of product design across sheet metal, injection molding, and CNC components, while also providing rapid prototypes. Previous roles include Vice President of Research and Development at Care Rehab, overseeing medical device development, and a consultant at Parametric Technology Corporation, offering expertise in 3D CAD and database management to clients such as NASA and Boeing. Ara also has a strong background in business development as President of Prolific Design Consultants and has held various product design specialist positions in the agricultural and aerospace sectors. Ara holds a BSME in Product Design and Manufacturing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
