Chandler Hastings

Chandler Hastings is a Claims Specialist at Hubs. Prior to Hubs, Chandler worked as a Customer Quality Representative at Protolabs - Europe from April 2018 to April 2022. In this role, Chandler was responsible for managing all incoming queries, investigating and presenting findings on internal and external statistics, and opening and closing all Non Conformance cases. Chandler provided high levels of customer service, often speaking with customer company directors and upper management.

At Proto Labs, Chandler was a part of the team that helped the company become the world’s fastest digital manufacturer of prototypes and on-demand production parts. Their automated quoting and manufacturing systems allowed the company to produce commercial-grade plastic, metal and liquid silicone rubber parts within days. This helped Proto Labs' customers accelerate speed to market and strategically manage demand volatility across the entire product life cycle.

Chandler Hastings studied sound and music technology at Leicester College and achieved a BTEC Level 3 in the field. Chandler then went on to study project management at Alison, an online learning platform, and achieved a diploma in the subject. Finally, they achieved a certification from PADI in Open Water Diver.
