Sanjay Jain

Sanjay Jain is a Partner Support Specialist at Hubs. Sanjay was previously the Principal Architect & Advisor, Self-Sovereign Identity & Blockchain at Trust Science from June 2018 to June 2019. There, they defined and designed a blockchain and self-sovereign identity based platform (Troo.io) that facilitates transactions between service providers and consumers, transactions that are enhanced and secured through the addition of a "Trust Score". A Trust Score is a multi-dimensional model of personal data, behavior, and social connections, reflecting the trustworthiness and reputation of an entity. It enhances decisions in domains such as lending, dating, recruitment, e-commerce, the sharing economy, and insurance. Jain also developed the Troo.io technical white paper that describes Troo.io design and architecture, consisting of multiple components such as a blockchain network, a decentralized identifiers infrastructure, a data exchange and ownership management system, an AI/ML based trust score computation engine, and a distributed data store.

Prior to Trust Science, Jain was the Sr. Architect, Cloud Platform at VoiceBox Technologies from May 2016 to June 2018. Before VoiceBox Technologies, they were the Staff Engineer/Architect, Identity & Access Management at VMware from October 2010 to May 2016.

Sanjay Jain earned their Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
