Victoria Horley

Victoria Horley, BSc, MSc, is a seasoned performance coach and managing director with extensive experience in coaching, psychology, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Hintsa Performance Certified Coach since June 2022, Victoria also founded Horley Performance and has held management roles at HubSnacks and Juice Tactics Ltd since June 2019. Victoria's background includes a position as a Senior Business Psychologist at IB and strategic planning at Bray Leino. An academic leader during time at the University of Exeter, Victoria earned a Master of Science with Distinction and a First Class BSc in Psychology with Sport and Exercise Science. Volunteer work at Headway Devon and experience in customer service further complement a diverse skill set.
