Ben Amerault

Ben Amerault currently serves as the Sr. Global Program Manager for Internal Programming and Operations at HubSpot since August 2021, following a role as a Campus Recruiter responsible for recruiting EMEA and North America entry-level software engineers. Prior to HubSpot, Ben worked as a Sr. Campus Recruiter at InterSystems and as a Senior Campus Recruiting Talent Scout at Salesforce, where responsibilities included high-volume recruitment of AMER intern and new-grad technical talent, leading initiatives for the UNCF Conference, and enhancing diversity hiring efforts. Ben's experience also includes time as a Campus Recruiting Tech Talent Scout and Recruiting Coordinator at TriMark USA. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Rhode Island and has further education from the University of South Florida.
