Ben Basilan is a UX Research Leader and Personal and Professional Coach who currently serves as a Principal User Experience Researcher at HubSpot. With a background as a former School Counselor, Ben transitioned into the field of user experience research, managing and training teams to enhance product development processes. Ben has held various research roles at notable companies such as Mattel, Citrix, and Hulu. They are committed to supporting the growth of others through empathetic coaching and exploration of individual potential. Ben is pursuing both a B.A. and an M.Ed. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
