Beril Maples currently serves as Sr. Director of UX at HubSpot, having joined in June 2023. Prior to this role, Beril held significant positions at Google, including Director of User Experience, where oversight was provided to a large team focused on advertising and behavioral measurement products, and as Sr. Manager of Google Analytics, leading design efforts for a next-generation product centered on privacy and machine learning. Beril also directed user experience at Rodan + Fields, establishing the UX team to drive digital and e-commerce initiatives, and contributed to Salesforce in various roles, including Senior Manager of User Experience, where the analytics user experience team was expanded and led through a crucial design project. Education includes a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Istanbul Technical University.
