Bridget LeMon

Bridget LeMon is a Senior Manager of Global Emerging Talent Acquisition at HubSpot, where they lead talent acquisition initiatives. Previously, Bridget served in various roles at HubSpot, including Technical Campus Recruiter and Global University Recruiting Team Lead, focusing on connecting students with opportunities in software engineering. They interned as a Program Specialist at Special Olympics New York, coordinating volunteer efforts for major events, and also worked as a Gender Equity Intern at Bentley University, where they developed trainings to foster a more inclusive campus culture. Bridget began their professional journey as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc. and later honed their skills as a College Talent Acquisition Specialist at MITRE.
