Isabel Jiang is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and data visualization. At eBay, Isabel served as a UX & Data Visualization Intern, where high-fidelity web mockups were created for a data analytics platform while improving predictive accuracy for IT tickets. Isabel has held various positions, including Senior Product Designer at Zoom, where contributions were made to AI features in the Contact Center.
