Jeff Russo

Jeff Russo is a professional with extensive experience in product strategy and marketing, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Strategy at HubSpot since December 2018. In this role, Jeff leads a senior team focused on product vision and critical initiatives, successfully managing projects like HIPAA compliance offerings and CRM platform relaunches. Previous roles at HubSpot include Director of Product & GTM for the Sales Hub & CRM, where Jeff significantly scaled the business from $70M to over $500M ARR, and Director of Product Marketing, overseeing a growing global team. Jeff's career began at Inceptor, where expertise in managing large paid acquisition programs was developed.
