Joe Deegan

Joe Deegan is a seasoned professional in revenue enablement and instructional design with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of GTM Enablement Global Programs at HubSpot since January 2025, Joe previously held multiple leadership roles at Square, including Global Head of Revenue Enablement and Operations, and Global Head of Sales Enablement & Productivity. Joe’s expertise in streamlining sales operations and enhancing team productivity is complemented by a solid background in learning and development at Lending Club, where Joe progressed from Sr. Manager to lead innovative training initiatives. Joe also worked as a Freelance eLearning Consultant and Sr. Manager of Instructional Design at Sleep Train, where Joe created impactful training solutions for workforce development. Joe holds a Master's degree in Learning Design & Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from California State University-Sacramento.
