Matt Rosa

Matt Rosa is a Senior Customer Success Manager at HubSpot since October 2021, where responsibilities include advising over 150 customers, from individual contributors to C-level executives, on software utilization to achieve business objectives and leading pre-sales presentations to high-level stakeholders. Previously, as a Senior Strategy Consultant, Matt increased iPaaS adoption for over 40 HubSpot accounts by consulting on technology stacks and ensuring consistent high customer satisfaction. Prior roles at Weathermatic included Analyst in Business Systems & Processes, where Matt migrated CRM databases and enriched data through custom reports, and Associate Program Manager, focusing on marketing initiatives. Matt began the career as a Sales Intern, pitching cloud migration solutions to government agencies and school districts. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University.
