Paul O'Brien

Paul O'Brien has a diverse background in customer support, mentorship, and pharmacy assistance. O'Brien began a career at Tesco as a Trainee Manager and Customer Assistant, followed by a role as a Pharmacy Assistant at Boots Ireland. A tenure at GSN Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Assistant preceded an extensive period at HubSpot, where O'Brien progressed through various roles, ultimately serving as Senior Manager in Customer Support. Since August 2021, O'Brien has been contributing as a Mentor at Gradguide. O'Brien holds a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College, achieved with Distinction in 2024.
